Terms and Conditions section are contract agreements between NYP and Clients.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreements:

** New York Photographers Inc; (Also commonly known as, [nyphotographersinc.com] );

And its employees, constituents and or extended contractors and its managing staff, reserve the right to deny or withdraw services if situations pose a safety hazard to either parties.

** We also reserve the Right to deny contact jobs that pose foreseeable financial and ethical risk to our well being.

Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
Manage customer expectations, such as liability for unforeseen accidents and 'Acts of God' circumstances that might be beyond anyone's control, Photographic information errors or website downtime.
Copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.;
All Photographic and Videographic projects or sessions are considered the private confidential intellectual creative property of our Clients under care and stewardship of, New York Photographers inc. and its managing and operational constituents ...

Policy & Refund Details

Payments and Refund Policy to Clients:

Payments for Services,
We accept Certified Bank Checks, Wire transfer Payments, Chime app payment, Cash Payments are welcomed.
certain select services with, Cash Payments, in Full, shall receive a 9 % discount.
Once service agreement contract is signed; Payments are not refundable; (after 30 days ); because payment funds are placed to reinvest maintenence and preparation of all required equipment to produce excellence of service for your unique Photography or Videography requirements.
Terms of Cancellation; (Notice of 30 day prior to dates of assignment for breech of service Contracts)
State of refund; (30 days notice of Client's choice to cancel photography appointments )
Reason for return (e.g. wrong product, and or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances )
Process for return ( Notification by postal correspondence, email, or direct verbal conference with NYP Director of Operations and or NYP Client services Representatives )
Process of refund (Upon direct official client notice for desire to cancel any photography sessions ); Refund will be granted if notices are made and verified within 30 days grace for cancellation for refund of payments
Any cancellations beyond the 30 days company policy time and calendar days limit; will not be honored; no refunds granted.
